Our Return Policy in short
• You can return the product within 30 days of delivery
• Contact us at email@example.com before returning any items
• The product must be in new condition
• Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us
• Costs related to switch of products are all to be covered by the customer
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
• For international returns - to avoid any customs charges please clearly mark the package with ”RETURNED GOODS”
Before Making a Return
Please do not send any items back to Lions & Cranes before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return note and Return Reference Number, RRN. This applies for both Returns and Claims.
It is appropriate that you as the customer check the delivery up reception to verify that it is accurate, error free and undamaged. In the event of a complaint, the customer shall contact Lions & Cranes at email@example.com to give information relevant regarding the complaint and the reason therefore.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in new condition. If the product is not essentially unused i.e. passes as a new the product shall not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with returning/switching products. The customer also assumes all transport risks associated with the transport of returned items in case they are damaged or lost during the return transport.
Make sure to include contact information with the return package. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Lions and Cranes suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow up the return shipment if needed.
Lions & Cranes will make a refund of eligible returns within 30 days after the returned items have been approved by Lions & Cranes for return. To make a refund we will need a bank account number or PayPal account ID to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning a Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Lions & Carnes is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Want to switch to another product?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us which product you want instead, we will then check availability and upon agreement you may then return the product to be switched. Cost, such as shipping and handling, related to the switch of products are all to be covered by the customer.
If your order doesn’t arrive or if you, upon receiving, notice that an item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, Lions & Cranes reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
Claiming and Guarantee Policy
Lions & Cranes offer a one-year guarantee period from the date of purchase. Always save the digital receipt that is e-mailed to you as a confirmation just after approved payment of your order. The Guarantee covers issues that are related to the manufacturing of the products.

If a product is returned due to a guarantee claim the return shipping cost may be covered by Lions & Cranes, however we need to know and approve the shipping cost before you send the item back.
